Ecoview allows you to assess your energy consumption and understand performance of your asset. This assessment meets the NABERS energy performance ratings, which will assist you to achieve and maintain a Green Star rating, and is typically drawn from 12 months of energy consumption including:

• Number of employees
• Number of computers
• Net lettable area
• Computer rooms
• Hours of occupancy
• Different tenant loads (light and power) and occupied areas
• Car parks, common areas and house loads
• Mechanical plant, variable speed drives and motors
• Any particular load with high consumption (125 amps / 100 kVA)
